Failed Solar powered street light projects - any lessons?

It is sad to note that majority of the solar powered street light projects in Ikeja/Ogba axis have failed. It is not uncommon to see about just 2 or 3 poles emitting light on a stretch of road with up to 30 poles. Read more >>
